Shocker, the box office wouldn’t refund our $10 even though they told us it’d be the same price over the phone as at the lot on concert day. Also, the box office charged us $60 for Premier parking over the phone and was only $50 for people wanting to pay as they entered the lot. However, the GOLD and PLATINUM lots were let out first and were cleared out by the time we got out of the Premier parking area (which is still in main parking lot, just closer to main gates). There was no magical lane for us to get out of the parking lot quickly. We bought a PREMIER parking pass and would never waste the money again.

Imagine Dragons concert one of the best I’ve ever been to! We paid for seats in a suite and well worth it for the view, access to bathrooms and space. Music, sound system, video monitors all great.

I had prepared with extra caps in my pocket, but turned out as unnecessary for us. They did not make us remove our caps on our bottled water that we had brought, but it did look like that was the case for most.

Thankfully we had taken advantage of the one gallon baggie allowance and brought plenty of candy and snacks. They completely sold out of candy and canned beer prior to the main show. The concession operation team did seem unprepared for the show. Between shows, there was no wait for the guys facility, but a long line for the ladies unfortunately. It took less than 2 min to do a round trip beer and soda run mid concert. We got a huge $8 soda for the kids to share and got a free refill. Beers seemed overly pricey at $13.5, but were 24 oz tallboys, so basically $6.75 per regular can of beer. There are no pole obstructed views in this area and very easy access to the concessions and facilities. The preferred area is a fenced off area in the front of lawn, but not in the center. Thankfully, we had the preferred lawn or we would have struggled to find a spot a long way away. We were able to walk right in as most of the crowd was already there. There is no way to avoid complete gridlock on the massive west side lot. I highly recommend parking on the east side. Very little back up and out within 10 minutes after the show. We arrived coming from Flossmoor Rd to the east side of the venue and parked in a lot on the SE side. First, we were late arrivers (15 min after the opening act was scheduled) due to work and being from the NW burbs. They do a poor job online of explaining what this is, but well worth it. Took the whole family to a great sold out Imagine Dragons show, so opted for the cheaper lawn seat, but thankfully had upgraded to the preferred lawn.
